The Product

Compliance — Built In, Not Bolted On
Every contract produced includes all elements required by the NCC — the Financial Table, Schedule, General Conditions, and Information Statement (Form 5). Disclosure dates, fee disclosures and maximum recovery calculations are computed automatically.
Built-in hardship application and postponement workflows ensure lenders meet their obligations under Section 72 of the National Credit Code.
Privacy notice generation and CRB listing workflows are fully aligned with the Privacy Act 1988, ensuring correct disclosure of default information to credit reporting bodies.
