Contract generation

Every contract includes the Financial Table, Schedule, General Conditions, and Information Statement (Form 5). Disclosure dates, fee disclosures and maximum recovery calculations are computed automatically.

Hardship provisions

Built-in hardship application and postponement workflows ensure lenders meet their obligations under Section 72 of the National Credit Code.

Privacy Act compliance

Privacy notice generation and CRB listing workflows are fully aligned with the Privacy Act 1988, ensuring correct disclosure to credit reporting bodies.
